  I attended Morag's mini-retreat: "Yoga with the Trees" at the Ahimsa Sanctuary. What a beautiful session! This was just what I needed—two hours with a caring and thoughtful teacher and like-minded people, immersed in gentle yoga practices whilst experiencing all the sounds and sights of the Aussie bush. Perfect for some self care and a respite from the to-do list!

  Morag's classes each week are a wonderful escape from the everyday busyness. Morag has a wonderful way of slowing things down so that you can focus on yourself, feel calmer and feel more relaxed. I really enjoy the combination of stretching and strengthening exercises and the relaxation and meditation Morag takes you through at the end of the class are great to clear your mind and to help manage every day stress.

  Morag puts a lot of effort in each Yoga Class, makes you feel special, and each week we have been learning new ways of using our breath and meditation.

  I was feeling very unsettled and tense before class last week but following the session I felt so much calmer and more centred. The benefits of attending weekly Dru yoga with Morag are amazing on so many levels. I absolutely love the effect Dru yoga has on my mind, body and spirit.
