Sarah welcomed me, listened and attended to my skin condition like I was her best friend or sister - she was meticulous, articulate and clearly is so expert and dedicated in this field and I walked out of that first consult believing that I was in the best hands possible. My condition was complex and yet less than a week later, my skin looks amazing and I cannot believe that I put off seeking her help for the past year (out of sheer embarrassment and lack of confidence!).
